Been using these capsules for quite a few months now and I have found they have added & helped to improve my training sessions. Very pleased with the difference I can feel in a relatively short time. Definitely feel like I have a lot more stamina and energy about me. I feel they have helped me concentrate more when I’m at the gym trying to build up my muscle mass. Not massive capsules and easy to swallow.

Used a few different brands of turkesterone, this is by far the best. By the end of the month cycle noticed a massive difference in strength and body composition. Also noticed a change in my mood, felt more confident and happy.

I've been using this product for 5 months now and I cannot be certain whether it makes much/any difference. What I can definitely say is that it doesn't have any effect on my performance, stamina, or vitality (whatever that means). I do think I've gained muscle mass since using it, but I would have done so without it. The question is how much of it is thanks to this product? I'm not saying it definitely doesn't work, but be mindful of the placebo effect.

After using this product for a month I have noted a marked improvement in both my muscular endurance as well as aerobic endurance, an example of this was my ability to perform a rowing machine session by 18 minutes longer than previous to taking the product, at least 1-2 additional sets for weight training as well as lifting heavier by approx 10%.
