All of the set screws in the plugs that I received were not tapped far enough into the pin bores, none could be tightened down enough to hold even a large (14ga) wire. Trying to force them resulted in either the pin spinning in the plastic or the screw breaking. Every plug set in the package was made like that. Managed to solder one of them on (very sketchy) and threw the rest away.

They appear to be nicely made, no missing screws.I tied the two connectors together with a solid, un-plated copper short and measured the thermal EMF and got 1.85 uV. I replaced this banana with a known good, low thermal EMF short and got 0.77 uV. So these dual bananas aren't perfect for super low microvolt operation, they are pretty darned good.The 4-wire resistance measured 0.0031 ohms.The open circuit resistance was greater than 200 GOhms

Actually I liked these plugs & they worked just fine except for one which wouldn't unscrew. At over a dollar a piece these are pricey for sure but then we all know that that price includes shipping & handling. Hard to find any place else anyway.

also, the cable holding hole is too small for even medium sized wire.

I damaged two screwdrivers due to the poor tapping of the set screws.Happen on three in a row; they feel cheap and are not usable.

Well made, set screws were secure. Could accept thicker wire gauge, but was good for my install.

The setscrews and threads wouldn't tighten on a wire. I received pure junk.

Surprised at the lack of quality control. Pins are all different lengths and widths, and one of the pack of ten was broken on arrival. These will be returned. Look elsewhere.

I've used only three of them to date, but they installed easily and fitted snuggly into the various pieces of test gear.If I need more, I wouldn't hesitate to order more of them. I give them a thumbs up!
