It may have been user error not greasing the pan enough. When I let the mini banana breads cool and tried to get them out they were stuck to the pan. I like making this size loaf to use as a breakfast on the go. Its perfect for a party platter as well.

But remember it's not non-stick, you still need to spray/dust with flour to prevent sticking 🍰

My significant other has a work function that involved a bake sale and asked that I assist. I made whole wheat coconut oil banana bread with this mold. They baked quickly, were easy to remove, didn’t burn, and produced a two bite dessert.I would definitely recommend this for anyone doing a bake sale, looking for mini treats, or the finger food party throwing enthusiast!

Didn’t work well for mini banana breads. I ended buying regular mini loaf pans and bakes much better.

Works just as is should

What a great addition for anyone who likes to bake. All my life I have lined the bottom of my bread pans with waxed paper or parchment paper to make sure my quick breads would come out easily after baking. Now, with these wonderful silicone pans those days are over. The quick breads release easily and completely after baking. What a wonderful thing that is! No more wondering if the bread is going to be presentable to serve or to share. I love these pans and will be buying more!

The CAKETIME Silicone Mini Loaf Pan is a great size for brownies, muffins or even banana bread. I used a cookie sheet to get the filled pan into the oven without spilling anything. Cleanup was super easy, I put the pan on the top rack of the dishwasher. Very happy with my purchase!!
