I would definitely recommend. I have had this scooter now since june of 2024 and it is april of 2025. So I have had it for about 10 months and it is still working just like it did when I got it out of the box. I have around 500 miles on the scooter and it still is going very fast and I have not noticed any battery wear on the battery. It is easy to use and easy to balance on. It also is very powerful and has great torque on it. It gets me about 35 mile range on the slow settings. On the max setting it gives me about 25 mile range. The design is very nice and a lot of space to stand on.

So as far as the scooter itself, I freaking love it, it's a very durable, fun, and quality scooter, much more fun and better looking than my last one!! I've waited to write a review until I've had it for some time, and the only thing I'm having problems with is the brakes now. With that said, again it's a good and fun scooter, but a huge downfall for me is, do not expect to get any kind of even mediocre customer service, customer service as far as my experience has been complete garbage. The last company I bought a scooter from had beyond great customer service, took of me and my problem within a week!! This brand has been giving me the run around for months now and act they do not care at all about the issue and aren't willing to work with me even though it's still under warranty. To me that's a huge part of the products I spend good money on, so due to the experience I've had with them, I personally will never ever buy anything from them again. Guess I should have stuck with Hiboy!!

Edit: Customer service was very attentive when I left a bad review after I had the problems with the tire and couldn't ride this scooter. I was able to fix the tire though and they refunded me a small amount of money to cover that repair.To fix the problem with the valve stem I had to deflate the tire, remove the tube since the valve stem was bent, and put in a new one. It wasn't as bad of a job as it sounds though. When inflating the new tube I held onto the valve stem with some pliers so it couldn't be pulled back into the tire like the last one.I bought this scooter after watching some videos of people using off road scooters like this. It seemed like a great way to get around on my farm. I have some steep hills and thought maybe this scooter would have enough power to get me up them.It does. I've not yet met a hill that this scooter couldn't get up. Its amazing how much power it has.I'm super pleased with it.I did have a problem with the back tire valve stem, which you can see in the photo.The valve stem should have been sticking out far enough to get air into the tube, but it was way back into the tire and wedged against the hub motor. Whoever put the tube in and aired it up at the factory wasn't very careful and let the vale stem get pulled back into the outer tire.I was unable to air up that tire until I found a fix. A mechanic had to deflate the tire, change the tube since that valve stem was bent, and put a new one in and air it up and make sure it didn't repeat the problem. So now its fixed and I'm back to riding.Is this the best offroad scooter out there? No. But its pretty great for the price range. You would probably have to spend $2000 to get another scooter that pulls up hills like this one.I'm super happy with it and love riding it.

From the time of purchase to delivery, everything was a breeze. Now that I have it, I get a 41mph breeze. The quality, accessories, price, speed, and compliments are amazing. For a couple hundred dollars more, it really makes a total difference from the single motor to dual motors and the ruggedness and smooth ride ability amazes me. When I show up at my kids homes, the grandkids can't believe how I stay right up with them on their scooters. At age 66, I don't like just sitting around, the new gallop gets me off the couch and outside to enjoy nature's beauty. Strongly recommend this particular AUSOM scooter.

Arrived clearly used. Had scratches, no battery charger, previously was assembled.back brake rotor is also bent.

Well, let me start with saying oh my God this thing is incredible. It’s sturdy, heavy, fast, handles incredible, used it on the street and sidewalks and yes, it will do 41 mph.I have the e-bikes, motorcycles, dirt bikes, 4 wheelers, gas scooters anything that can move with a motor I’ve owned at one point of my life! This thing handles the dirt trails like a champ and with no noise!!! Used it this weekend during a camping trip and did a 8 mile trail ride with my wife she was on her fat tire ebike and it handled great! It struggled on the sugar sand but I leaned back and worked through it! Only used about a 1/4 of battery. I haven’t checked how far it can go on a charge yet but an hour riding is enough for me. I highly Reccomend this scooter for a rider that has motorcycle experience because it is fast and powerful! Be careful riding this or any fast ebike because it’s the car drivers out there they don’t think you can go as fast as them!

Fun scooter, fast shipment, box came damaged a clip was broke but zip tie fixed it. All in all great experience. Yet to see how support is.Great value for what you get vs other scooters, extremly easy to get used to riding, the lights on it for night driving is fantastic, battery life so fsr has been great but im sure will degrade over time. But when it does you can easily swap it out.

Would advise that you should buy one or two innertubes when you buy it, because they take longer to ship than the scooter.
