Pros: Comfortable, good looking, neck pillow is nice, foot rest and ability to recline a long way (you can almost lay flat), easy to assemble, lumbar pillow with the massage feature works as well as expected. It was a nice little touch. Leather has held up well and colors haven't faded.Cons: Poor welds on the arm rests that didn't even last 6 months. Very Squeaky back rest/seat. Seat is also breaking after ~8 months *******EDIT******* While this was true, I emailed the company and they sent me a new seat at zero expense and it's basically back to brand new.I bought the chair about 8 months ago to use while I'm in grad school because I needed something comfortable to sit in for 12+ hours per day. It was great for the first month or two. Easy to assemble and comfortable, but it has very quickly deteriorated. The right arm broke at the weld that is located inside of the seat and now the portion that that arm was connected to is coming lose causing the right third of the seat to shift and become unstable. I'm not a big guy (180lbs/81kg) so I don't think my weight should be an issue here. It has also gotten extremely squeaky/creaky.Two stars for the price paired with the lack of longevity.****UPDATE****After a very quick email to the company they replaced the broken portion of the chair free of charge and all aforementioned issues have been resolved. The customer service was great and fast!

i bought this chair for my boyfriend for his 20th birthday. i finished putting it together after about 35-40 minutes. the instructions reminded me of ikea instructions (irritating) but it was fairly easy to assemble once i got all the pieces out in front of me. i’m a very cautious person and i wasn’t sure if this was a good chair (because i literally do not game whatsoever i have no knowledge of that or about the quality of gaming stuff) but overall, id have to say it’s holding up really well. the foot rest could go out further but if you don’t have long legs it’s a pretty nice addition. my favorite part is the massager pillow that goes on the bottom of the backrest. it works really well & feels pretty good. i can imagine my boyfriend sitting there after a long day at work to relax in a GAMING CHAIR. no need for him to sit on the couch, this thing is comfortable. the leather is thick & the padding inside is really nice. i’ll have to update my review after my boyfriend puts it to use (after a few months) and explain how it’s been holding up.update: it’s now early december 2022. the chair is still holding up really well- however there are a few things. we noticed the leather on the arm rest is peeling off due to literally any moisture. i would recommend getting a waterproof spray for leather when buying this chair. the other thing is that he found the bottom padding to take to his body faster than expected and we ended up having to put folded blankets on the seat to make it more comfortable. still a good chair but those two factors are kind of the deal breaker in my opinion.

Only been using for a week and will update if anything changes. The assembly instructions were easy to follow without having to go online, the printing was large enough to read, and they even included some extra parts. The only confusing part was where to put the straps for the lumbar cushion (you thread them under the back and through the holes in the top of the back), that took 45 seconds to figure out. 4.7 stars for assembly ease. The reclining setting are easily adjustable from fully upright, to almost lying flat. The chair is very stable, even when fully reclined. The arm rests are comfy. The lumbar massager just feels like a padded vibrator and has one speed, but this was not a selling point for me. I would have liked to have about twice as much padding in the seat. If spending 4 to 8 hours a day in it, you can expect your rear to get uncomfortable; can't feel the screws holding it down though, so I would rate the padding average. The foot rest is nice for gaming, but not too sturdy. Will work well as long as you retract it before getting in and out of the chair though. Considering the pricing I am satisfied.

Good looking chair. Easy to assemble. Seat padding is not as thick as I thought but tolerable. As far as sturdiness goes, the right arm may have been damaged during shipment because my daughter who weighs 100 lbs soaking wet, pushed off the right arm rest to stand up and the weld or support for the arm broke. I’m trying to contact GT Player but the phone seems to just ring and ring and ring. Not giving up yet. There is a no questions asked one year warranty on this product. I purchased it in March 2020.**I can't say anything bad about this company. They responded within two days of my email and two days later I had a replacement part. They couldn't be any more professional. When I got my placement cushion it was apparent that the original was damaged during shipment. Kudos to them and I would highly recommend this product. I'm also changing my review to 5 stars due to my experience with this company and their product quality. **

I was very leery on buying this chair because some of the reviews but I’m not sure why it would get any bad reviews! This chair is awesome!!!!! It was super easy to put together and is very comfortable. The only con is the foot rest should be more sturdy and stable. It doemstFeel very strong but overall I love it and very comfortable!!!!
