It seems working very well. After eating heavy carbohydrate food with this supplement, I feel less tired and much more energy to do after eating. Solid 5 star product.

I got this because I was quite impressed with the extensive list of ingredients this product has that may lessen some of sugar's negative consequences. I have seen almost all of these ingredients in Berebine Blends which were touted as possibly helping with Glucose and/or weight control. Now right off the bat do know that most supplements like Berberine for example affects everyone differently and some none at all. I was just discussing that yesterday with a knowledgeable person with supplements and we both agreed that due to the unique biochemistry each person has we all have different degrees of success ( if any) with any given supplement. This brand included I would think. Now Berberine actually does help me keep my glucose where my Doctor is happy. But my spouse does not get any affect however my spouse does loose weight with it but I do not. And that's exactly case in point of how one responds positively with a supplement while another does not. Now in numerous effort I have tried these ingredients (blended with Berberine) especially bitter melon, cinnamon, and Banba leaf . And I had zero success with losing weight and lowering my glucose 'more' with those blends. However what is very important is number one,,, the amounts that were added were very Small 'dosage wise'. And number two I have never tried all these ingredients at the 'same time'. I count 9 ingredients in this and 10 including Piper Nigrum (Black Pepper) used for absorption enhancement . And almost all of these in a quick internet search list possible glucose benefits. So with that said considering these good dosages IMO, I think this is a great way to see if one could get any benefit form these ingredients that do have many studies indicating possible desirable outcomes. One thing too as I researched these ingredients again, I kept seeing possible skin improvement listed as a possible benefit. This is totally no surprise to me as I also take Benfotiamine ( a synthetic form of Thiamine that has increased bioavailabity) to offset the harm AGES ( Advanced Glycation End Products) that is a result of Sugar. It is thought that AGES contributes to poor skin health by breaking down elastin and collagen. This is why I often state excess sugar is more harmful than many of us realize, my self included, as more new studies come out shedding light on some of its detrimental effects. Now I am in no way touting this product as a cure all or one that will lower glucose and/or help with losing weight. But I will Not say impossible with improvements, perhaps significant, and I for one am very happy to try this and see what, if any results I can achieve. I was very glad to see the ingredients are Non-GMO as I suspect genetic modified ingredients may not works as well. This does not appear to be third party lab tested but I can see difficulty with that considering all the ingredients. This is however a very reputable brand from what I can tell with what appears Dr. Ergin's influence with this product supposedly. He is a well known Endocrinologist and that speaks volumes, to me at least. I take these stacked with my Berberine and Benfotiamine of course and before meals for max results. And as stated I think this is a great way to 'find-out' if it can be of some benefit healthwise. Considering too this is from a small business I am definitely all 5 stars on this GlucoDefense with 120 caps. I think this will last me plenty of time with 2 caps a day to see if this something I want to continue to take and add to my regimen. These were easy to take and I had no sides. Remember managing diabetes is a journey and what works for one person may not work for another. Supplements also require patience and consistency which is why supplements take longer to respond because supplements will need to accumulate in your system. This should be used in conjunction with others for ex: benfotiamine. I am still trying to figure out right combination, but I am hesitant of this brand after finding out about FDA warning regarding Dr Ergin's SugarMD Advanced Glucose Support. The peace of mind I had when trying was that brand is already on FDA radar.
