I bought this product because it was recommended to me by an associate. He lost 30 lbs using this product. I started using it as directed for the first 30 days but I got no results so I double the dosage and only lost 12 lbs at the end of 90 days. I should have bought it from a distributor instead of Amazon but would have paid a lot more for it but would have worked better.
