Heavy Duty, well built machine.
Even though it says made in china on the box the quality and design detail is high. My 12 year old loves this. I weigh in at 245 and it had no trouble moving me around. Some assembly is required involving the very solid steel fendors but they included all the tools and it took less than 3 minutes to mount them. Head Lights are bright and think blinker while an odd feature seems to work fine. Battery lasts forever it seems. This was a bit more expensive than a lot of other units but i feel like it was a good value due to high quality. This unit is large and heavy but my 12 year old is able to carry out to driveway ok. Too heavy though to put under your arm and walk long distances. Large wheels are nice. Rubber tires are solid. Very Happy with purchase so far.

Nice balance board
We bought this balance board for our 10 year old daughter. She loves it and uses it on a daily basis. This model is more for paved streets but she rides is through the grass without a problem. The unit is very well built and heavy. The battery life is quite good and we have never run out of batteries. My 8 year old daughter and my wife and I also can ride it and enjoy it. It's a weird feeling to ride at first. I am still a little confused about the green lights on each half of the board. The instruction really don't explain each half. It only says the lights are for the battery but on ours, the right half shows all three lights lit up but the left half only lights up one light. I have no idea if this is normal or not. It hasn't been an issue with performance but it is how the unit is. My biggest word of suggestion is that there are little rubber pieces that fit over the fenders so that the hard metal doesn't hit the ground or scratch anything, but the rubber pieces are always falling off. They are not fastened to the board in any way. They just sit on the fenders. I wish they were fastened on some way so they wouldn't fall off. We have already lost both of our fender protectors somewhere in the yard. My other gripe is with Amazon. Two days after I ordered the board and before I even received it, Amazon dropped the price by $20. I called Amazon and they refused to refund the difference. I know they changed their policy regarding this but it sure seems like if the price drops before you even get it, you should get the difference with a phone call or an email.

I like that it doesn't freak out if you step off
I had the original Hovertrax from Kickstarter that started it all. This is a marked improvement in the design with beefier wheels and seemingly more power and balance ability. I like that it doesn't freak out if you step off. The original would do this and break after flying into a curb or wall. Great product and seems to last a long time. I used mine to take the kids to the park which takes 25min round trip about 3x and it still had a charge.

Best Hoverboard on the Market
I purchased the EPIKGO hoverboard for my 11 year old son and everything from the customer service to the exquisite look and ease of riding the board has been superb. My son is the envy of the neighborhood as his friends all have other versions of the hoverboard. There is no comparison to the EPIKGO. My son notes the major differences from his board and other ones he has ridden being: the board charges quickly and then lasts for hours, the sheer ease in operating the device - note my five year old can even get on and ride the hoverboard - the ability to change direction and ride at accelerated speeds and the tires, lights, and functionality of the hoverboard. Initially my son had a fit when I told him I was getting this hoverboard because he wasn't familiar with it. All of his friends have different brands. Since then, a number of his friends have purchased EPIKGO's and he cannot stop thanking me for what he considers to be the best Christmas present ever!! Thank you Epikgo.

First of all the metal spoilers covering the wheels are super dangerouse. I am not some safety freek
Pros: it is powerful. Thats it.Cons: First of all the metal spoilers covering the wheels are super dangerous. I am not some safety freek, and at first i thought the spoilers are stilish. Until i got kicked to my ankle. It still hurts. The thing is super havy and powerfull. So if you loosing controll its about to hit you HARD to the ankle. And there you have chunk of sharp solid steel flying toward your ankle. Watch out! It had to be done with hard plastics. Also, i have problem controlling it at the high speeds. The maneurability should decrese with the speed for the one simply could hold on to it. Here its not. Its flimsy when you go fast.Plus it is much much much havier then you think.Batery life: Around half of what they claiming. The worst part: charge indicators are paper stickers. Thats right! Paper stickers! And they of cource peeling off. And nothing underneth. Also when batery down to around 30% it starts beeping. Super loud and non stop. This thing is a mess. What a waist of money!

Absolutely Amazing, but one hiccup!
Bought this for our 11yo son after hearing non-stop about hover boards for well over a year. He takes it EVERYWHERE throughout our neighborhood, off road and on. It took him about 10min to get the hang of it and now he zips about everywhere. The lights are fantastic, very bright and makes it easy not only to see the ground ahead of him but let cars know where he is at dusk. You feel the quality from the moment you unpack it.Unfortunately we have a hiccup - after almost 4mo of use it appears the armature around which the pedals rotate has itself rotated. As a result it turns rapidly in one direction but only barely in the other. There is a 1yr warranty and we just submitted the request so hopefully we can get this cleared up asap and give it the 5 stars this product deserves.*** UPDATE 07/16/2017 ***Unfortunately the cost to ship it back was $106 which, for a warranty issue, is a pretty damn high price to pay. The issue was covered under warranty and an entirely new unit was shipped rather than a refurbished one. Despite asking multiple times they refused to tell me what it was that happened to the unit. It was returned within their stated timeframe, but thankfully we were home because we never received a shipping notification. My fingers are crossed these were isolated incidents, but only time will tell so for now it's a 3 star product & experience.
