Product is light, but not as light as to be worth 500$... Binding are falling to pieces after a couple of rides and needs tightening constantly. Heel cup can not be pushed back as previous models... Very dissapointed in performance. Called Union and can't get a refund because the company that sold them on amazon, has nothing to do with Union. When I called them they told me I bought the Lamborghini of bindings... I asked them how they would feel if your brand new Lamborghini needed service every 48hs when it heats up... Anyway, stuck with them, intend to enjoy them to the max, or destroy them to pieces... save your money and go for Union Bindings worth 170 that are the same and have more specs...

These bindings are uber stiff and ultra aggressive. Do not try to ride them slow and be aware if you're a beginner; you'll be better off with something softer and more forgiving.That said, they are the most responsive bindings I've ever strapped on. They've given me no durability problems like some other reviewers; strap them to a stiff board and go crank.
