I choose this roller for two reasons; the 192 needles are perfect for stimulating hair growth. The other option of over 500 needles is just too many needles. The second reason is the .30 is also perfect to stimulate hair growth especially for someone who is new to roller like me. I've used this several times and it is easy to use and even at .30 I definitely feel the needles, but it feels a bit like a massage rather than discomfort.

Perfect needle size, not too painful. I use it weekly with my dark spot corrector and beef tallow cream.

I use this once a week on fresh clean hair (so I don’t puncture oily scalp). Haven’t recalled noticed a difference, seems to have same impact as using my nails to massage/scratch my scalp,

Like many millennials, my middle part has started looking more like a widening fault line, so I took a leap of faith with this dermaroller. The good news? It’s easy to use, doesn’t hurt (much), and makes me feel like I’m taking control of my hairline instead of just accepting my fate. Too soon to tell if my scalp is about to sprout new life, but at the very least, I now have a solid self-care ritual and a slightly terrifying new hobby. Fingers crossed for baby hairs.

This one is the real deal. I hate microneedling, but this one is as good as they get. I would recommend.

Don't feel like the needles are actually as deep as they say they are. I bought it for my scalp, and my other derma roller works better
