Love love this strap. I have very arthritic fingers and this strap makes it so easy and pain free to hold and pull for various stretches. Previously I had been using a stretchy band which was not only hard for me to get a grip on and hold, but also very painful for my hands.

So much better than a yoga strap! I tried one at my gym and had to have one. I even brought it with me on my most recent trip.

This strap was provided during the the joint therapy sessions at the hospital. I ordered one for home use immediately. In experience, it works as advertised.
