Bought as a gift for my daughterReceived item quickly but package was open n was missing an item out of the package but customer service corrected that problem quicklyBut the charm was super small and very dirty like it had been worn prior to it being packagedHad to clean with a cloth and there were a few places in it on the pink part of the earsOverall for the money it could have been just a lil bit bigger n clean
