It's plant-based, gluten free, preservative free and vegan - and even sources its palm oil responsibly. It is also very quick and easy to prepare, so if you are short of time it is a perfect option. As someone who likes their food fresh, I am not very keen on this kind of food product and it is not something I would normally buy, but I hoped to be converted, because this product sounded so good and it is so convenient when time is limited. Sadly it has not changed my mind. It is a personal thing, but I didn't really like the taste and found the meal insubstantial. It was like very thin, tomato flavoured bean soup. About £3 a pot which i personally wouldn't pay, but if you are buying them for lunch for work, its cheap compared to shop bought sandwiches.
