This is an excellent flavor from MIO. Very Tangy in the best way and quite hydrating. A quick squeeze into a bottle or glass of water is all this needs. It's practically self-stirring . All you have to do is squeeze and enjoy. It's that easy. This has B vitamins in a bioavailable liquid. MIO is a high-quality water enhancer that can give you up to 24 glasses of water per bottle. Truly a great value. Plus, it got my mother to stop drinking carbonated flavored water.
