I tried making the smallest book as a little test because I knew that one would be the toughest to do. The cutter did ok, but I did need to make sure the cover was thick enough to get the spine to reach and emboss the clay. I kind of wish it was not that thick, but I added a light clay for pages, patted a little texture on the cover and trimmed the edges before I baked it. The little book is cute.There is a little learning curve in using this tool and I think some experimenting will help me make cute books with these cutters. The spine design is very cool looking.The quality of the cutters is great and there is a matching “inside pages” cutter to make that matching piece. These have some fun potential and for booklovers they will make cute earrings, or other jewelry. I am showing the book with some earring pieces so you can see how tiny it is.I like the cutters and look forward to playing with them to do more books in the future.

These acorn clay cutters are just as described! They come in a sturdy storage box and the cutters themselves are solid as well. I’ve been getting into making clay handles for my crochet hooks to make them cute and more comfortable to use, and these are a great addition to my clay cutter collection. I’ve only practiced with these cutters a little so far and haven’t completed a hook with them yet, but they work just as well as my other clay cutters. Actually they’re even easier to work with due to the simple shape. The instruction page with this set of cutters says you may need to use cornstarch or water to keep the clay from sticking to the cutters, but the clay came out for me with no such aid.

I love this set and they work well, but unfortunately the Earth/Globe cutter came broken. They were mailed in a plastic box in a bubble mailer but the box of cutters was opened and the cutters were all loose in the mailer.

Such a cute set of school themed cutters! These are the perfect size to make earrings, keychains, and charms! The cutters have a nice thin edge that cuts well. They seem pretty sturdy and have a nice thicker edge to hold onto. They make nice impressions and removed easily from the cutters (I did use a little corn starch). I like that I can use just one or mix and match. They are perfect for back to school and teacher appreciation.

When they made the globe/world they made ir looking at the cutter/emboss side, but when you use it to make the clay globe everything is backwards needs fixed. Dont recommend.

Adorable! I have been wanting to make a "back to school" themed set of earrings for this coming fall (every year I say this, maybe this will finally be the one) and these will help me do that. No issues with cutting, they have smooth edges.
