I bought this device because I have a deviated septum that causes me to breathe through my mouth, therefore a lot of snoring going on at night.Because of this issue my dentist told me my tongue has widened and this is causing me to bite it in my sleep, it wakes me up every time from the pain.When I desided to buy this was just to see if I could stop hurting myself at night from biting but it has also made my snoring less intense.My problem is fisical and needs surgery to resolve the issue but this mouth device has certainly helped.

I had looked forward to trying this out. I wanted to use it as an alternative on holiday to save taking my big machine. Was disappointed when I opened it to read instructions which clearly stated ‘not suitable for those with obstructive sleep apnea.’ I checked back on website and this not mentioned anywhere. This needs updating in my opinion. Had to return and received money back successfully.

Arriving boxed and with a storage case, this is a good value anti-snoring device. It can be moulded to suit your mouth in boiling water and the quality is good irrespective of the relatively low asking price. It can be repeatedly reused and remoulded more than once if required. Good for the snorer and comfortable once you get used to it - but really good for partners as this device could allow you to get a good night's sleep even if your other half snores like a piece of machinery.
