Very easy to start generator
It's a great generator starts 1st or 2nd pull i would buy it again It's a excellent generator worth every penny of the price

Great generator for a great price
Bought just in time for a crazy wind storm, losing power. Easy to set up, easier to use. Started first pull. Lit up all kinds of things in my house then my neighbor plugged in and it seemed like It didn't even budge. Highly recommend.

Very Loud and Dangerous
Extremely loud, exactly like a constant lawn mower! It also had some issues right off the bat with over heating and didn’t shut off automatically. It then tripped my whole trailer system and nearly fried the circuit board. Then all the outlets stopped working entirely and it was only the 3rd day camping we used it. Sparks = danger!!!

Generator is exceptional. Delivery was a fiasco.
Drivers were professional and carefully placed the generator where I wanted it. I have NEVER had problems with Amazon deliveries until this one. I checked the delivery schedule at 07:30 and it was listed as "Picked up for delivery from 07:30 to 10:30 AM." I rearranged my entire day and waited. At 11:00 I went back on line and the delivery was changed to "before 10 PM." The drivers came at 4:30 PM and were very professional and apologetic. The generator went together easily and started with the 2nd pull. But someone has to do better in the shipment/scheduling department.

The product was goood.The delivery was the worst,came 5 days late with them emailing me everyday that it would be delivered when it finally came box was wet and tore up and a piece was broke
