I would say this product is good but not fabulous. Somehow it doesn’t have the big flavor usual orange peel has. I do like the size of the dicing. The color is very good and would enhance the look of a cake or any other dish. All in all I likely would buy it again……… easier than searching g all over the web again🤪

These are expensive bot worth the price. Great orange flavor, and very moist so no need to soak before baking.

I bought these to use for making chocolate orange bark. I’d bought some a year ago—possibly a different brand—that worked great. This batch was a little oily and didn’t stick to the bark very well, which was a disappointment. I’ll have to see if I can just make chocolate-covered peel clusters with the rest instead.

Perfect for my pistachio orange cookies.

These are swimming in syrup and probably unusable for my cake recipe. All that moisture would make a soggy cake. I’ll attempt to drain them, but just be aware that mine looked nothing like the photo. Food is not returnable for obvious reasons.
