Over the years, I have cycled through various options for mounting a phone on an airplane seatback. I have purchased commercial products and even hacked a few to improve the designs. This is the first device that I've used that actually works reliably in almost all settings, is easy to use, and is rock solid in holding my phone. I just returned from a trip to Asia, and it worked great with my Samsung S25 Ultra. I found a few standout features:The strong spring allows it to mount securely.The use of a thin-gauge stamped steel for the clamping jaw keeps a low enough profile to fit behind a closed tray table easily.The very versatile design for the phone mounting arm gives unlimited options for height and angle.Compact size when folded up, and doesn't take up too much room in your backpack. It's not the lightest mount, but that's just a function of the sturdy design.I don't write many reviews, but this product deserves its 5-star rating in my opinion.

great item... already have 3... used on flights, in kitchen to hold up tablet. strong magnetic connection. the spring attachment is strong/stiff as well. so need strong thumbs to attach..

I wanted this to be great!! But the magnetic part does not work for all phones. I do have a z-fold it's a bigger phone I took the case off but it does not stick for this phone at all.... slides right off... so maybe for other phones it's fine, but if you have a z fold don't waste your money. On a positive note the size is great it was very easy to install the strength of the area that you attach to a table was fantastic very sturdy, it can br adjust well, all the features are wonderful but the magnet part is just not strong enough for my phone. I actually attached it to my refrigerator just to see if it had a strong magnetic pull and it stuck extremely well it was actually hard to pull off the refrigerator so I'm not going to totally knock this product or the magnetic part, I'm just saying, all phones are not supported

The media could not be loaded. I just relaunched my business and I have had my eye on this item for a looong time! I also do short vlogs and a lot of content creating. I can attach it to anywhere and it’s so compact and easy to travel with! I can attach it to the car vents, if i’m in the backseat I attach it to the head rest. When i’m at store it’s easy to attach to the wagon. And I love that it’s sturdy and compatible with my mag safe case that I already had! Super good value for what it costs and I don’t regret it at all. amy phone is a plus so the magnetic strength is very good and holds my phone without it being floppy ! The easiest removal, I don’t have to pull or tug! Very very very worth it.

Hooked my iPhone to seat back on airplane and it worked great. I could adjust to many places for viewing angle. Magnet was very strong and easy to use.

The strength of the magnet is great, it secures my phone to the holder even with the case on but the clip is so tight I can barely get it open wide enough to clip it onto a kitchen cabinet shelf. I have to use both hands to force it open. I’ve tried pushing it open several times to loosen the spring but it’s not making a difference. I haven’t used it much because of how hard it is to get the clamp open.

Perfect for Airplane travels. Went on two trips with this phone holder and it is awsome. Secures the phone with zero issues or worries. I think the people in my row on the plane were jealous. It did not work on Amtrak Train, plastic backing on seat was very thick and this would not open large enough. I bought this for Air Planes so for me it is great. I am buying another for my wife!
