I'm not sure if it helped me with weight loss. But it's a pure one for sure.

I wasn't looking to lose a lot of weight, about 10 lbs, but I quickly lost 4 lbs of water weight in the 1st week, this was a surprise. I drank 2 cups during the day as directed on the package. I haven't been drinking it long enough to see what the long term weight loss would be, too soon to say.Cumin is the main flavor of this tea. I wasn't expecting to have a "yummy" tea as this is naturally medicinal, I'm used to similar teas tasting earthy, and this taste doesn't bother me.The ISHA Foundation took great care in insuring the quality of the ingredients and the packaging. I will definitely order again and update this review on the weightloss progress.

I literally replaced my coffee with this wonderful tea, which I drink throughout the day. I lost 10 pounds initially, and now I am down 14 pounds...I continue to have the tea but less only to maintain my weight. The flower in it is amazing, from my childhood we made honey out of the dandelion, you will feel right away the natural cleansing, and detox qualities.Fantastic product!! This tea really works well with a combination of Isha Kriya (exercise) and Isha diet. I am consistantly losing one pound per month for last six months. This tea is always in stock in my home. My son is recoveing from an injury related surgery. He is to keep his wight under control while not being mobile, he is also drinking this tea every morning with me, it has definatley helped him to keep his weight from going up!Update 06/20/18My son who is using this tea regularly for past two months, to keep his wight from going up during his recovery after surgery; has now lost 11 lbs in two months along with Isha diet (mostly fresh fruits, salad, raw veggies, & one light meal per day)

If u add honey it makes a flavor ! I like this tea helps waken up and feel relax.

love this tea. I wasn't looking for a weight loss tea specifically, but the ingredients in this tea was interesting and so decided to try this. I have tried Isha tea before and it is all made of natural ingredients. for anyone who loves tea and with all natural ingredients this is the one. It feels so refreshing, will buy it again!So happy to have Isha products in Amazon, I'm a prime member, so can order Isha products and pay no shipping and get it delivered in couple of days most of the time :)

Taste very soothing. I feel much better since I started drinking this tea. I started drinking it 4 days ago and I already notice a difference in the ways my clothes look on me. I have not lost any weight yet but I’m hopeful that will be soon.

Always sceptical of products claiming to aid in weight loss. But I ordered this hoping the ginger, turmeric, cumin, and other anti-inflammatory ingredients might help arthritis pain. I actually lost 5 lbs. in one week! Haven't used it long enough to conclude it helps much with inflammation, but am hopeful about that and the possibility of more weight loss.
