These are made with light weight metal. Really good material. Yo-yo works smoothly. My kid's friends are enjoying this every day! The emoticons are really cute. Price seems fair too! Would recommend these for goodie bags, return gifts or class gifts. These are really good.

These are a bit disappointing. They worked well for adding to a party favor baggies and kids with playing with them fine but it’s quality wasn’t what I was expecting, very light and some of them came a bit dented. Not sure if I would recommend these but if you need some filller for your party favors these is an inexpensive option

The Yo-Yo is made of tin. It is lightweight, but with a durable roll to the metal so that it does not easily dent or mar. I mention that it is light-weight because the lightness of the product makes it a bit more difficult to work as a yo-yo (a heavier yo-yo would rebound easier, and return to the start position more consistently.I found the yo-yo a bit difficult to work with, although I'm betting the kids will have no such problems!Of course, I am used to the heavy-duty plastic or wood yo-yo's of my childhood (60-some years ago!).I liked that it comes with strings attached, and the ends are even tied in a loop so you can get right to having fun as soon as they arrive! (That's always a PLUS in my book -- the "no assembly required" concept!).With 6 colors, and two of each color, it makes a good grab-bag toy to offer as a prize for good behavior or whatever in a classroom or church youth group setting.Bottom line -- for me, at least -- these seem like good quality for the price of less than a dollar each, but they're not the really great toys of my youth (which I remember costing over ten dollars way back then!), so -- much better than "average", good beginner's yo-yos, get a 4 star rating from me!

Daughter got this as a gift once so I decided to get her a whole bag full. She loves them, even if not used properly as a yoyo.I just had to tie one of them to make the string shorter so she can use it, I like how they are made out of good material so they wont break
