This is a great product if you have curly hair, hold is really nice. I would definitely buy this again.

We didn't use this in our hair. We used it to make little sensory bags for our baby. Quart size Ziploc bags, about 10oz clear hair gel, some colorful marbles and other little things, some decorative duct tape around the edges and voila, sensory bag.For that purpose it worked fine. It's a little less clear than I'd like. There's a very slight fogginess to it, but you can still easily make out the items inside. At this price, not bad at all. 1 20oz container will make two bags.

I don’t always use hair sprays or gels because I have a sensitive scalp. But this doesn’t bother me like others

I use it on my natural curly hair so it doesn’t fuzz.

I liked this product, more than I expected. It's an interesting formula in that it gives your hair a wet look no doubt, but not as stiff as some may like. When I first tried it, I would lightly check my hair with my palm every few minutes after applying, and thought, it didn't feel stiff at all. When I came home from the gym, I checked the mirror and saw my style was retained, and it really enhanced the my salt and pepper textures. I also noticed my hair felt fairly stiff but I've had other gels that had an even stronger feel. One very cool observation: no flakiness later in the evening when I intentionally messed up my hair! Also, no alcohol which is my #1 concern. When you first apply it, it does have a strong scent but that seemed to evaporate pretty quickly, which I'm so glad about as I hate scented anythings!. Great product, but one star lifted, only because I'd like the stiffness level to be an 11, where this is about a 6. Will buy again, though!

Work's great,but i fail to see the wet look.

I have used LA Looks Wet Look for a few years and been satisfied with it. But be careful who is providing the product that Amazon is shipping to you. This product should be crystal clear and very thick. But the bottle from VetmedUSA sent to me by Amazon was cloudy, yellowish, and not nearly as thick as it should be. The label on the bottle I received was superseded by a new design several years ago. Amazon should not be distributing old, defective products. I returned this for a refund. I should emphasize that this review describes the product as supplied by the vendor VetmedUSA. I purchased on Amazon from a different vendor previously and received the proper product. This purchase was in response to a "purchase again" from Amazon. I didn't pay attention to the vendor, assuming, incorrectly it turns out, that the vendor would be is same as my previous order.

I found the scent to be a bit strong for my liking. The wet look is good.

Would not recommend buying it as better gels around and cheaper as well ie brylcreem wet look hair gel.
