This gum helps when on the go. So so taste but doable and works good.

Excellent product, excellent taste!Priced a little higher than I expected. 30 pieces in the shipment so that would only come out to one piece a day I chew 2 to 3 pieces of gum a day as I’m a reformed smoker. My guard condition is under control now, but I highly recommend this for those who suffer from acid reflux.

Anxiety and Nausea after Chewing.
Anxiety and Nausea after Chewing. After a few days with this gum, I felt anxious and nauseous. Artificial sweeteners are likely the cause. these sweeteners should be banned from existence. I should have read the ingredient list thoroughly. Big lesson. I read the main ingredient list and it all sounded banal. Then under the UPC code sticker there was a secondary list of 'other' ingredients. soribitol, manitol, xythitol, glycerin, silicone dioxide. ugh.

Good product
Taste is good. Texture is a little weird when you first start to chew it but then it's fine. It really does help quickly with Gerd issues but it doesn't last very long. Works best to take another antacid then chew this until that kicks in

Too too hard
I hadn't had gum in years due to my acid reflux so I tried this. I like the flavor but it's hard. It starts hard, as expected and barely gets chewable for 1-2 minutes then it's too hard for me to continue. BUT i do like having it in my purse for when I want gum . . . for a very brief time. Not worth the costs.

I LOVE IT!
Having read some of the other reviews, I was expecting to have issues with this product. Yes it's not the best tasting gum ever but it really really helps my silent reflux. I use other Reflux Gourmet products and honestly they have saved me from the AWFUL side effects of PPI's.
