Will this remove stains from hair dye?

Is the 16 ounce enough to clean my fiberglass suround tub a few times? What consistency is it?

Will it harm bottom paint? I want to use it where the scum line is but don’t want to ruin the bottom paint.

I used white vinegar/water on my shower pan and it now has blue discoloration areas. Will this work to remove these stains?
