Wish I had this 20 yeas ago. I thought my Netti Pot was doing the trick. Total surprise just how well this cleaned my sinus. And it didn't cost a hundred dollars. I Used bottled water. 16oz bottle in the microwave for 15 sec is just right for warm sterile water cup.

The product concept is good, but my unit leaked badly. Too much water pours from the bottom. Not returnable..HOWEVER Mfg. Customer support is GREAT..New unit on the way!!

I have been using this product for a while. It’s easy to use. Qualities is great the machine is well built easy to put together. My allergies are bad as they used to be I recommend this product to anyone who has allergies or suffer with congestion it cleared up my congestion very well and having improved breathing. I give it five stars.

Buyer beware! I received this unit and although I put it together as the directions indicated, the unit still leaked water out the bottom faster than it came out of the sprayer. In addition, the spray for the continuous Flow is not continuous it pulsates more than the pulsating flow does. I'm assuming that is an error, it also is loud and produces a high-pitched whine while it's on. To add insult to injury, I tried to replace the unit through Amazon but the only option I'm given is to call somebody to have it repaired, and this one is obviously not repairable, or to go to the manufacturer's website and work with the manufacturer. I wish I had never purchased this from amazon. I could have taken it back if I had just purchased it locally.

I absolutely love this unit. I highly recommend this product. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars. The unit arrived with a crack in the water reservoir and was missing a seal so was leaking bad. we were able to fix it. Unfortunately we had been remodeling our bathroom and I didn't get a chance to get it set up before the return window. Again if you suffer from Sinise issues I would give this a try NOTE; It be really nice if the next model had a heater for the water tank.
