**TL;DR ok for light daily cleaning, not powerful enough for real grime**I bought this because my carpal tunnel and germaphobia makes cleaning the shower the worst and I decided it would be worth investing $65 on making the job easier. Alas, it ended up being one of those “if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is” scenarios.It’s solidly built, but the brushes get bent out of shape easily (the rounded brush came damaged in the box for me). You can’t press too hard, so it really doesn’t do a good job at cleaning tile and grout. I’m sure if you blasted everything with bleach and used this scrubber, it would work well enough - but the credit would be divided 80% bleach to 20% scrubber. And bleach isn’t $65.It took me just as long to clean my shower with this brush as it would have for me to do it manually, and I ended up going over half of it with a sponge to clean off grime anyways.If you’re looking for a daily easy cleaner, it works fine. If you’re looking for something that can clean up moderate to heavy grime, look elsewhere!**update 12/1/2020**Customer service reached out to me and offered to pay me $20 to delete my review months after I already returned it. This company has THE WORST customer service. I received my scrubber in the mail and 2 of the brush heads had human hair tangled all within them! I assumed they had resold me a used product. So I emailed them the photos and they said the hair is from an employee in their packaging department. How in the world an employees hair got tangled within these brushes is beyond me. So instead of them making it right by sending me new brush heads or fully giving me a refund, they offer to give me a 50% refund ($30) and sent me a link to repurchase the brush heads myself, which cost $25.99 so after I repurchase those they would basically be giving me a $4 refund! That is laughable. Horrible customer service and extremely disgusting.

The idea of this product is great. The packaging was wonderful, set up was a breeze (under 1 minute), and the size is easy to store away.However immediately when I powered it up it was weak. I assumed it was because it was straight out of the box and needed charged. This was not the case. Power was very weak and not powerful at all. I couldn’t get any stains out of my grout or the walls of the tub.Then in the middle of scrubbing the power light remained on but the head stopped spinning. I would twist the head slightly and it would continue to rotate but as soon as I put the head to a surface with the slightest pressure it would stop again.Again, the idea is great but the motor and a few other functions need to be tweaked. I will be returning it and may wait for a newer, more powerful version comes out.

I originally purchased an earlier model of this product and it worked briefly. I returned it via Amazon and got a refund. The manufacturer reached out weeks later and offered to replace the older model with a new one. They were very apologetic and wanted to make sure I was satisfied with their product. The replacement got to me in just a few days.The newer model worked exactly as I had hoped, with even more rotations per minute than the original. Plus, the newer model's head angle can be adjusted so you can use it straight on or tilted. The brushes all have top quality bristles and made easy work of scrubbing my vintage tile shower. I was also able to clean the separate bathtub on the same charge. The rounded brush was perfect for the bathtub.I'd be careful if you are using bleach cleaning products because the speedy action of the scrubber can splatter a little--not far but I'd be aware if I had bleach near clothing or textiles.So, be sure to purchase the HM115D model. It may be $10 more than the other model but worth it.OLD REVIEW: I got my power scrubber from Amazon yesterday and was so excited. I plugged it in an just a few hours later, the light was green. I gave it a try--5 or so minutes of scrubbing and I loved how it worked but was saving the shower cleaning project for today. So, I charged it overnight and applied bleach cleaner to the shower to soak for a few hours. I just went in ready to scrub--green light!--and it only lasted for a minute before it died and the charge light was red again. I should have read the reviews on Amazon before purchasing but a YouTube cleaning expert recommended this model. I'm so disappointed and now I have a bunch of cleaning product in my shower that I can't scrub. I purchased this because I have tendonitis in my wrist, arm, and shoulder and can't scrub by hand without severe pain. $49.99 NOT well spent.

This is the best purchase I have ever had and it works amazing. The pics are before and after. I had already used the product before I thought about taking a picture but it definitely shows how amazing it is. With continued use I will be rid of this horrible rust and mold.

Don't know why everyone loves this product. I used it to clean a shower, tub, and sink. It didn't work well on anything. The brush heads splayed out after 1st use. They didn't clean even soap scum when using soft scrub. My cheap Libman brush and elbow grease did the trick. And results on my shower...I had to push hard to get any results! For nearly $50 I had higher hopes. Back this goes. I'm sticking to my trusty Libman brushes. Save your money!

I’ve recently bought a house from a family member who raised 10 boys in it, and who’s eye sight was failing so cleaning wasn’t a priority. Of course when I moved in I couldn’t sleep at the state of the walls, so I bought this. I sent these pictures to my mom and she actually thought we painted already. Nervous the battery will go, but if it doesn’t it’s 5 stars. What would have taken a day (whole hallways, with stairs) took me under an hour
