The faucet can be carefully taken apart for cleaning.
Absolutely the best prep for coffee I've brought. Make sure to clean the removable mess filter on the faucet.

Quick-and-Easy to Clean, Excellent Value, Easy-to-Use and Learn
The packaging it arrived in was extremely safe with a minor exception to the Original Box haven't been punctured by the spigot of the glass container. The Original Box had the instructions written on it for Care Instruction, Information about the Company, Brewing Instructions, and Cleaning Instructions. The Material of Glass is excellent, high-quality work - my only gripe is that you can break it easily by accidentally hitting it against a rough object. I'd recommend coating it with a layer of plastic or epoxy on the outside to add a smooth, glossy finish, and protect the glass, while not affecting the taste or health of any people drinking the coffee. This additional layer would prevent breakage to a significant degree and reduce returns and replacements, and improve buyer satisfaction! The Mesh Filter has to be the best part of this entire product - it allows for an easy-to-use coffee making process, an extremely easy cleanup, and the ability to make, both, Quick Coffee and Strong Coffee. This reason this is such a nice feature is because I work and my Coffee might run low, so I'd want Fast Coffee - to get my butt up in the morning, AND I'd like to enjoy life's pleasures with a Stronger Brew (3 Day Brew Time Preferred). The manner in which this filter and glass container was designed allows me to do just that! It's perfect!Lastly, another gripe would be the spigot. There appears to be a pressurization issue. First off, my fridge is an Old Fashioned Box Fridge (Freezer on Top, Fridge on Bottom - Square Design), so utilizing the spigot is a bit difficult as I have to get on my knees or take the container out completely. Secondly, the spigot won't run with the lid sealed and closed tightly. It drains for half a second, then stops, then I wait a minute, and it drains, then stops (we're talking some 1 Tablespoon per drainage). I realized that I have to loosen the lid to allow the proper flow of oxygen through the spigot to provide pressure when draining the Coffee - this allows a smooth flow with no hitches. The requirement to loosen the lid is a tad bit inconvenient, but overall, still an acceptable flaw, in my opinion.Overall, I'd give this product a 4.5 / 5 Stars!

Mesh strainer only lasted 3 months
I love cold brew and I love this pitcher. However, after only 3 months, the mesh separated from the metal ring on the bottom of the insert. Coffee grounds all in the bottom of my cold brew. I have seen more than one review written about the same issue, all within the past 6 months. These customers were sent a replacement set and one was even refunded their total purchase price. When I reached out to customer service to see about a replacement filter, I was informed that they only sell them as a set and that they would give me a 30% off coupon to use to purchase a new set. If you are offering replacement sets to customers and refunding them money, shouldn't this be consistent? Or if you have a defect in a product that more than a few customers have reported, shouldn't you have those parts ready to replace the faulty ones? I don't want a refund, I just want a solid filter that doesn't leave coffee grounds in the bottom of my pitcher. I paid nearly $100 for this and don't want 30% off. I want the same thing other customers with the same problem got. Is that too much to ask for???Update- After replying to customer service that I didn't want a refund, I just wanted a replacement, they still issued a refund and have agreed to send a replacement. I really didn't want a refund and asked them repeatedly to not issue the refund. I don't want anything for free, I just wanted the functionality back so I could make more cold brew. I really appreciate the offer of the refund, but it was completely unnecessary. Also, to those buyers that are complaining about sediment at the bottom of the pitcher, you have to rinse your coffee grounds before you cold brew with them. Put them in the strainer and run water over them for about 2 minutes, shaking them every few seconds. This will get rid of the majority of the coffee "dust" that causes the sediment. This happens with every brand of course grind coffee that I use. A quick rinse will not affect the strength of the final product and it will be much better!

Huge!
This is the greatest thing ever! As the price of bottled ice coffee (Stok, dunkin) keeps going up Dunkin has even made their bottle smaller with 12oz less! I drink at least 2 bottles per week. I'm already winning!

2+ years - still working as good as day 1
Decided to write this review, hoping to offset some of the negative reviews in here. I bought this in April, 2019 and am a hard core coffee drinker. The filter is wire mesh and will bend if you are not careful -- mesh people. The knob is the screwing time so at every fill you make sure it is good to go. You also do not carry it around by the lid, duh! It has a wide mouth top, so using the right tools it is very easy to clean. I can literally stick my whole hand in if needed, although I prefer a long kitchen brush, which can also be used, carefully, with the mesh strainer. I do not put this in the dishwasher, although I could, but I only have one and it is always full of coffee and waiting for the dishwasher to finish would literally put me into coffee withdrawals. :) So, that addresses some of the negative comments from not so brilliant colored crayons in this box.The device does exactly what it says, will brew exactly what you want it to based upon the ratio of coffee placed in it and length of time left to brew. Not super hard core science here. Summary: Easy to clean, be careful with the mesh filter and it will last a long time, don't carry by the lid and it won't crash to the floor, clean it with standard kitchen tools.
