Decent quality, no instructions 🤷
Product seems to be sturdy. Took some figuring out to do the assembly. No instructions provided!! 🙄The cleaning attachment seems useful. Collapsible stick/handle is a good feature... But the cleaning sttachment only works with full length (all sections joined) stick. If you shorten the handle, mopping cloth is unable to enter the cleaning attachment, mounted on the handle...

Poor quality
The plastic handle is poor quality and doesn’t endure the expected force exerted on the handle during cleaning. I thought it looked nice when I first bought it so I kept it. But it didn’t last long before it’s useless.

Looks different than picture
On the website picture pad is large and attached by elastic band, while in reality pad is narrow, attached by velcro as in other mops. Pad is not of a good quality. On picture shows soft pad with so many layers. In reality it is thin. It is a picture of a different mop. No assembly instructions and I couldn't even fully assemble it.
