This garment is thin and not supportive at all. It doesn’t hold me in. Wouldn’t recommend, unless you want a cincher that is cool when the weather is hot. And if you don’t have much tummy.

Overall the product works however it’s restricting at times and can even pinch your skin if you move to much. Other than that the product works nicely.

I liked it a lot... Helped my back pain....it rips esily ish but I feel like for ten dollars it's a steal.... I was probably well to rough in all fairness... I bought two more already bc I like the material... It's beathable and didn't make me feel all sweaty ... Also very esilly hidable .. love wearing it in every day all day .. forget to take it off at night .. again really helped my back pain❤️❤️❤️
