Good purchase
We bought this for my daughter's leaving party in the Autumn. The quality is good and makes a lovely outside space with the curtains in place. It was delivered promptly but unfortunately there had been some transit damage on one of the corner sections which was replaced swiftly by the vendor without a problem. There was also a slight problem with a poorly assembled centre piece, but again this was replaced without quibble by the vendor very promptly.I would say it does need two people to put up and was relatively easy to assemble (with help from previous reviews re labelling of parts). One tip - Make sure that you use a good ladder or step stool on a level surface or you may end up falling off like my husband did! Unfortunately he broke his fall using the nearest curtain and managed to break some clips as well as his pride.Looking forward to using this in the summer.

The canopy however is one of the best quality ones I have seen for a long time ...
The instructions for this unit are vague to the extremeBe prepared for a certain amount of fiddling to get all the bits to fit .Extremely important you don't lose a single nut or bolt not a single spare came with this itemNot something you are going to assemble on your ownWelding of the parts is not of the highest standard. The canopy however is one of the best quality ones I have seen for a long time and the fly screens tooAll in all what I paid for the item it's good enough and does the job well

COMPLETE RUBBISH
I would not recommend this product to anyone steer well clear, the company have no customer service , the gazebo was put up after our decking was completed about 2 months ago, the cloth roof has more holes and rips in it you would not believe, you know what the supplier said well probably birds walking on it or cats .Believe me we have 2 german sheps no one animal or bird comes into our garden, next i expect they will be saying that the dogs must have walked on it.THIS PRODUCT IN MY OPINION IS SUB STANDARD AND A HEAP OF JUNK

Very beautiful gazebo - but short lived and left me very sad.
I was really pleased when this Gazebo arrived really promptly, much earlier than the expected date of delivery. I was having a patio built especially to put it on, so couldn't open it initially. When I did open it some of the instructions had been reversed, I think this is caused by someone in the factory, not recognising the similar looking parts correctly, and wrongly labelling them. After this was worked out, it went up like a dream, on the Friday, but as I am a bit vertically challenged, need the help of my son and husband to get the canopy on, on the bank holiday weekend. I weighted it to the the patio using elephant feet 9kgs each and guy ropes tied to the frame. It looked truly amazing, I loved it, and everyone who saw it said how beautiful it was. Was actually able to sit out and enjoy it bank holiday Monday. On Tuesday we had high winds, I was devastated to get a call at work from my neighbour to say my Gazebo had blown up into the trees. By the time I finished work at 8, my neighbour and son had got it out of the trees, but the Gazebo was a total right off. I was so disappointed. Every piece of metalwork was damaged, some of the nuts and bolts had pulled right through the soft metal, canopy badly torn. There is nothing can be done, a very expensive loss.

Excellent - Heavy Duty
Heavy Duty Top Cover with Drainage Holes, which we found are a must after having had 2 previous Gazebos. Our last Gazebo, which we knew we were about to replace, we left the top on thro' the Winter - BIG MISTAKE - a strong wind destroyed it. We will be taking the top of this Gazebo thro' last week in September until the Spring.Things they do not mention in the instructions ...1. Wait for a fine day, with no wind to commence erection.2. You will need an assistant, and two pairs of stand steps.3. Buy some stainless steel or Galvanised Washers to place under the nuts, these are not supplied.Leave all nuts and bolts in their bags on an adjacent table for ease of picking, or even better place all different sizes in bowls on the table with the bag referring size visible.Get an assistant to pass the Nuts and Bolts as required - much quicker.4. Leave all Nuts and Bolts finger-tight only until full assembled.5. Do not consider erecting on Grass, but on a secure Patio base, you could consider local slab bases under the legs, a minimum of 65mm thick as a last resort.6. Throw the supplied tent pegs away, they will work loose with time.Use a 2 metre long vertical spirit level, and vertically align the legs in both planes, before marking off the foot central hole. The Legs can be temporarily moved out of the way to drill the Patio Base.Use headed plastic plugs, and get the masonry drill size by comparing to the plug diameter below the head.Use an impact adhesive on the plugs into the Gazebo. Place the leg back in position and use impact adhesive on the screws.Tighten all Frame nuts and bolts when all Ground Anchor Screws are tightened up. Preferably with a Screw Gun.You will find that the base foot will deflect, and the Gazebo will still be able to move/rock, but if you get some serrated Glazing Wedges (available from Amazon) and drive them under any legs with a gap to ground, you will find that the Gazebo will then be "rock-solid."7. If you have an adjacent house wall, I would suggest drilling the wall at say 1 to 1.5m above ground level, plugging, and screwing in a heavy duty cup hook, and using cable ties in tandem, to hold the Gazebo legs secure.8. Leave Two of the Four Top Vent support members un-assembled in order to place the Gazebo Cover over the Frame, and assemble the Two remaining top vent support members after the Main Top Cover is in Position.Re-check all Frame Nuts and Bolts are tight, sit down and have a beer and a ciggie, you deserve it - AAAAH.

hope for good weather ...
It arrived promptly but don't expect it to withstand wind. Relatively easy to put up but the first winds took the canopy off, ripping off EVERY stitched loop attaching it to the frame. I was refused a replacement canopy so I've bought another and hope we can stitch back the loops without damaging the old canopy, so we will have a spare. The frame is shaky so we've had to drill extra holes through the steel and into our decking to stop it bending (we would have sent it back but a different gazebo would leave us with a load of holes in the decking). So we'll see how we go now .....
