Q: what kind of vinegar is it?

The selection I received had white wine vinegar.

Q: How many calories per package?

80 calories for the olive oil packet (10 ml) and 9 calories for the balsamic vinegar packet (5 ml.)

Q: How many carbs? Many of these list no sugar but there is vinegar without sugar and vinegar with sugar.

It’s been a while since I ordered, but I don’t eat very many carbs and I don’t recall this vinegar tasting sweet. That’s why I ordered this, to have something safe to use in restaurants and traveling. 1-2 pkts definitely didn’t spike my blood sugar.
