Great phone for fraction of the cost
This is a third phone I bought. First for my brother in law, second for my father in law and this one for my friend. All three guys are extremely happy. Pictures, reception rugged body waterproof and battery beyond believe!!! Great product. I am recommending this phone for guys like adventures or hard working people where the phone getting lots of abuse. It will last for very long time.

Not 5g compatible and I bought 2, what a waste.
Not 5g compatible can’t use data, just text and call. Not very helpful for gps.

This phone is great!
Every claim made about this phone rings true. I e dropped it many many times in just a month and every time I pick it up expecting to see a broken screen I'm amazed. I also use it in the shower regularly. No problems there either. Great phone!

USB C problem
I had a major problem with USB C. Coudn't really charged it or listen to music from the start, I somehow fixed it by plugging the cable in certain way and rebooting the phone multiple times, but it died about 3 months later... not a good purchase for the fiability...Also the color on some parts of the phone went out about after only a few days of useToo bad for the technical issue, for the other parts I enjoyed this phone for the battery last longing and the design, and it was doing the job...

Don't buy, it stopped charging 5 days after return window closed.
Died while using it, won't charge anymore, won't even let me turn it on when plugged in, just shows an empty battery at 0%, left it on the charger for a full day, won't charge, bad product if it's supposed to be rugged but has no way of recovering it, will never buy anything made by this company ever again and advise everyone who reads this to do the same.

Wifi connection
Phone so far is good but when I try to connect to my wi-fi it just goes into save and won't connect. I will change my review if I get this resolved. I don't have cell service at my home and rely on my wifi.

Great for the price, connection not very stable
Went well with Verizon, sound great on Android auto and headphone. Battery last long, no worry about power. Got many feature, such as back display ECT.Con: connection isn't stable for 5g for me, had to reboot 3 time. Slow to connect to network.Keyboard keys is small, keep on hitting the home button n getting kick out from app.

Does not work with most carriers.
Unfortunately it's a good and well made phone but no providers that I can use will work with it so disappointing to waste money and time
