I like these soba noodles! They are easy to work with and taste great IMO.Even though the instructions say to cook for 4 minutes, I find that 3 minutes give me the best results.According to the manufacturer's website:(EN) Organic Soba Noodles INGREDIENTS: Wheat Flour* 69%, Buckwheat Flour* 29%, Salt 2%

I love the fact that it is organic, buckwheat, and divided into serving portions. I use this all the time with stir-fry, and I imagine that it could be used in other dishes as well. It cooks quickly and it is delicious. This is a favorite product.

The photo makes it appear that there are 3 packages of noodles sold together. There is only one small package, which makes it an incredibly expensive purchase. Very misleading.

Each package contains 3 sleeves of soba noodles, as pictured. I ordered two to get an even number of sleeves, and although a few of the noodles were broken (on par with what I buy at the grocery store), I had no complaints. The noodles are ready after 4 minutes in boiling water and seemed slightly thicker than the 3-minute buckwheat noodles I usually buy. I would purchase these again, but wish they came in a packet of four instead of three!
