Great
Really handy for my evening runs. It's light, doesn't slip. It's bright enough for the paths I take, and it's rechargeable ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Would recommend, excellent value for the price. Battery last for long.

My new favourite headtorch, ticks all the boxes.
Move over Blukar, a new toy is in town! This headtorch has now replaced my Blukar headtorch in my work toolbox. The main reason for this, is the indirect side lights. My old Blukar was very bright, but only had focused lenses. These were a problem when working inside reflective containers. These EVISTR headlights not only have a pair of focused beams, but a pair of side COB LED lights, which give a wide, difused light, ideal for my needs. There's a number of modes; 1-bright, focused main beam, 2-dimmed, focused main beam, 3-side lights and 4-all lights strobing (this is activated by holding the power switch on for a short while) There's also the handy sensor mode, which can turn either sets of lights on & off with a wave of the hand in front of the face. When this is on, you'll see a green light in the front lens (it looks bright in the picture, it's not really) Recharging is by standard USB cable, great work tool and highly recommended.

Very bright - good for the price
The headtorch is surprisingly bright for the price - it definitely hurts your eyes if you end up pointing it towards your face. Or even slightly in the direction of your eyes. The instruction manual is absolutely no help at all to tell you what everything does, so here’s the controls:Press on: super brightPress on again: brightPress on again: side lightsDouble press on: side and frontPress wifi button: turns on motion sensing (for currently selected light mode)Wave hand in motion sensing mode: toggle light on/off (for currently selected light mode)Theoretically, there’s a flashing mode somewhere, but I’m so far totally unable to get it working.Hand wave mode is useful in theory, but it has a weird green light when in this mode that makes it a bit rubbish in practice. Not really sure when that would be useful.Comfy, stays in place, and pleasingly charges over USB-C - not always a given at this price point!4* - great little torch for the price, very bright, but flashing mode can't be found, and hand wave mode pretty useless.

Not great
On first inspection, this headlamp looks good: a thick strap that’s easy to adjust and a flexible rubber backing for the lamp unit that keeps it in place while remaining comfortable to wear. It’s not all good news, though. The lamp unit itself is not tiltable, so you cannot direct the beam down to what you want illuminating without tipping your head. Due to the angle of the average human forehead, this actually sends the light up, rather than forward. This may be okay for the user, but blinds anyone around you the moment you look in their direction.Another criticism is that the charging port is on the top of the unit next to the on/off button. The rubber cap for the charge port only rests over the socket, rather than pushing into place with a tab, so it won’t be particularly weather proof. This is probably my biggest criticism for a lamp that claims to be waterproof. On full power, the main lamps do not provide much of a spotlight. Yes, it lights up everything within a short distance, but there’s not much focus to the beam compared with other headlamps I’ve tried which means it doesn’t have a particularly long range. Low power is acceptable for close-work, but I’ve definitely used better head torches. The saving grace are the ‘peripheral’ lamps in the straps either side of the main unit: 6 LEDS on either side cast a bright white light that illuminates a wide area without casting shadows, making working in the dark much easier. It claims to charge in ~1h, but the fastest I have managed to charge it is closer to 1:40, so the charging time claims are a little on the ‘aspirational’ side.As for battery life, the reality matches or exceeds the claims on the box: 2:30 Full, 6:00 Low, 2:15 peripheral lamps. The peripheral lights are a great feature, but they don’t make up for the unit's other shortcomings.EDIT: Having tried it for a bit longer, I have had to downgrade my rating from three stars to two. I found that the torch only holds the charge for 8 days, which means you can't charge it and rely on it to be usable for emergencies. I initially found this by accident when I came to use it and it the battery was flat but have charged it twice and left it unused other than a brief switch on to verify it was working each day. Stopped working after 8 days

Very powerful and comfortable to wear
This is a really handy thing to have. There have been many times where I've needed a torch but not had a spare hand to hold it. This solves this problem. You can select different light settings with a double click of the power button, which wasn't really obvious at first. The instructions are more of a list of features than instructions, so it took me a while to figure it out. It's very light yet powerful. It's comfortable to wear and has plenty of stretch room, plus it can be adjusted. I imagine this would be great for running or cycling in the dark too, as well as for DIY jobs.Very pleased with this and happy to recommend.

Great quality!
This headlight torch is fantastic so many aspects that needs to be touched upon and it's very bright is one very keen pulling thing it's very well made it sticks to my head very well it can be adjusted as well there's a rubber band can be adjusted it's a very simple adjusting mechanism is like the ones that you get on rucksacks where you're just straps similar to that it's simple to use there's the normal light setting which is the front band part and then there's a light session where that's dimmer and then is another one where it's flashing and then there's the small ports that light up and then small torch gets dimmer and then the small torch flashes and you can also adjust stay in the sense where you can hover your hand over the sensor and it will turn on and he can hover it back and it'll turn off so there's a wide range of things that you could use this for if you're out if you're working in the night working on a car or working on a small piece of equipment and you've got this light on is brilliant it works fantastically well and I definitely recommend it especially for the price.
