This product is great in theory but is clearly being ripped-off by a third party. The pills don't look like they should. There is possible an illegal steroid being added too. In a recent blood panel my doctor pointed out that my testosterone levels were nearly twice the normal range. I stopped taking this stuff and the issue resolved. Order it from the Millennium to ensure authenticity.

Having never used creatin before, I thought I would give this product a shot since I wanted some better results from my lifting. I read online this type has little to no side effects and works well. I tooked 4-5 tablets 2 hours before working out. I felt like I could lift more, and I did not fatigue as fast. Energy seemed a bit better overall. Recovery time seemed slightly reduced with less soreness than usaual. I did not experience any of the upset stomach and bloating like with other creatin products. I did gain about 3 pounds after using this for a week, but assuming that is just water.

CRE-02 has been the greatest creatine I've taken. This review, and my problem is that my two most recent orders of CRE-02 have a different pill shape. And the enteric coating is broken on too many of the pills. Either Millennium changed some production stuff or someone is taking empty bottles and filling them with a lesser quality pill. :(

Giant horse pills with sharp edges that I choked on more than a few times. I went with the powder form with the EXOS brand instead.

I use this along with the cordygen5 and I do notice a difference the only issue I've had was some stomach cramping with the first few doses but not bad enough to deter me from using it.

I saw previous reviews which questioned the authenticity of the product.I ordered and received the product, then took a pic of the manufacturing details on the bottom of the bottle, sent that directly to Millennium customer support. They verified that it was indeed their product and a fresh batch. They then informed me that they sell directly to Amify, which is basically a huge middle-man for thousands of products to Amazon. This is just the distribution chain.I've been using this product for about 5 years. In the past I know that Millennium had adjusted their process for "slugging" the pills (the process of actually packing the formulation into tablet form), due to problems with the tablets cracking slightly on the outside. I remember the cracking problem, and I called them directly about it, and I have not seen this problem since. This could also explain the review which claimed the appearance of the tablet was different.The review which claims "possible" banned substances has got to be total bullcrap! A tainted supplement which "doubles" your testosterone would be a ***lot*** more expensive than $38!!! There are guys all over the world searching for such a thing! This is not it.As to the efficacy of the product as advertised, it is certainly an effective form of creatine, but that is the relatively simple and reliable part of it. The more complex and proprietary elements of this product are the adaptogenic herbs. These, like any plant-based supplement, will have a range of effectiveness depending on the individual... works great for some people, no effect on others. That's just a reality for all supps. It works great for me: I take it because it reduces my sinus inflammation! How about that?
