Do not work on Design Jet 500 Do not fit slot and have no ink in them
These printheads do not work. They do not fit into the appropriate color slot on an HP Design Jet 500. They have no ink in them I would strongly recommend you do not purchase this product. No indication of any quality control or testing of the product.

This product is pretty much a scam the printer did not recognize them, and the contact strips on them were all torn up.
