Great fit, great pants. Shed rain well, soft and warm lining

I am really pleased with these pants. I love the look and the fit is excellent. Here are some additional things I like:- The front pockets are deep; Nothing falls out while sitting- The zippered cargo pocket is just the right size to hold my phone- The stretchy fabric is soft and comfortable- The lining keeps you warm in cool/cold weather; They would be too hot in summer- While not waterproof, the fabric sheds water to help keep you dry- The velcro closures on the back pockets keep your wallet secure

I've owned the Eddie Bauer Guide Pro shorts for a couple of years and like them a lot. As the weather turned cooler, I decided to pick up these Guide Pro insulated pants. They did not disappoint. When I initially put them on, the rise (from crotch to waistband) seemed a little short, making them ride lower than expected. After putting on a belt and wearing them for a moment they fit well.I like the look and feel of the pants. They are different than some of the soft-shell pants I own and use for winter camping and other outdoor activities. The shell and the insulation on the Guide Pro pants are two separate pieces and move somewhat independently. It's a nice feature because the inner lining tends to stay put (doesn't rub) while the outer shell flexes and moves as needed. I really have nothing negative to say about these pants. I guess I could do without the "A" FirstAscent logo on the left pant leg, but it's a small point.I am 5'10", 195 pounds with 34" waist and fairly athletic build. I purchased the 34x32 size.

I got these for my husband and he loved them so much that I ordered another pair in a different color for him. They have a flattering fit that is not too tight but not baggy, and they have some stretch to them. They keep him warm when he goes on his early evening walk, and they are water resistant, which has been great considering how much rain we've been getting here in California. He loves them so much that he wears the around the house since our house tends to be cold.

Ordered the 32Wx32L. What I Really needed was a 31WX32L but that size option wasn't available. So, tried the closest size 32Wx32L and it fits as expected, a little too loose. A simple belt fixed that. They still are great & super comfortable. I'd definitely purchase them again... And did purchase them again. Especially after wearing them. Great for active working conditions, has the right fit in the knees & mid-section area. Great for the cold outdoors, Hockey & WI weather.I Ordered the next size available 30W×32L and they fit snuggly in the waist, as expected. But, they weren't too tight, not overly tight, not a deal breaker. The waistband has a little bit of flex. The Pant Legs are slimmer than the other 32W×32L. They are exactly what I was looking for. They pant legs are not skinny Jean's. They are perfectly loose enough to conform to the contour of your legs. I ended up keeping those as well. They are such a good looking pant & they are super warm. Which is exactly what I needed. Pretty sure if they ever produced a 31W×32L it'd be the Golden Ticket.

I just used these pants on a weeklong ski trip to Breckenridge, CO. I wanted a pair of ski pants that were not so baggy. I searched high and low for reviews of these pants from people who had used them skiing. I found tons of reviews saying how comfortable they were and how well they did in cold temps so I decided to give them a try. They were amazing. Super soft fleece lining, stretchy outer material, and held up great to the wind and snow. I used these in temps ranging from 9 degrees up to 30 degrees. I always wore them with an under armour base layer. I stayed warm all week and never got too hot. I love these pants!

The third pair and a different color. Very comfortable and length great for my 6'2 185 frame. They keep me very warm as expected.

These are great cold weather pants. I wore them for several hikes this winter in temps down to 0F without a base layer and they are very warm. Wind and waterproof-ness are top notch, no issues shedding snow or soaking up moisture. So far, they seem to be very durable. They do wear slightly low on my waist; a higher waist would be an improvement. They are actually fairly stylish for an outdoor pant as well.
