This exceeded my expectations. I got it for heat use but I wasn't prepared for how well it works cold. So much nicer than a bag of ice. The weight of it is pleasant enough to use on your face. I notice a faint smell but it's very mild. Great purchase!

I actually bought this for a warm pack to put on my chest when pumping. It helped my supply I think. But don't overheat or it'll stink!

Heat in microwave for 90 seconds and apply to neck or wherever. Keep in freezer and put over new injury or headache. Form fitting.

It’s filled with flaxseed. I followed the directions and after the 2/3 use it started a fire from the inside out ! When I first took it out of microwave it was just a slight burnt smell then the smoke came later. I put it on the counter to examine and began to see the smoke burning a hole which grew and turned to a flame . I threw it in the sink and opened it up and it was turning into sticky hot jelly from the water. I can’t see someone putting this on their body for warmth and it potentially igniting over time . I wouldn’t buy .

Love this!! It’s great for my migraines that tend to also be in my neck and shoulders, the heat retention is great, and the smell is nice and relaxing.

Is just not a heating pad, it's also a healing pad. My back pain just doesn't reduce, it vanishes for a few days altogether. I have back problems, so forever relief isn't a choice. But long term relief is something I could pay extra for!! Thank you Update: also wanted to add. I think after too many of the previous reviews on the zipper, they changed the design to an insert pocket without a zipper. So that isnt an issue anymore

Instructions said to microwave for 90-120 seconds. I microwaved for 60 seconds and when I checked it was smoking. It had holes burnt through. The smell was horrible and the stink got all through my microwave and isn’t coming out! This is a dangerous fire hazard that will wreck your microwave!!
