Early days, will update any changes
I've taken a 2 week break from my usual set of supplements and just started taking this 1 all-in-one male oriented multi-vitamin. Opening the container and there's an unusual smell, not bad but not something nice either. The capsules are a typical size and swallowing is not a problem, although I wouldn't leave them on the tongue too long as they do have an odd taste. I've taken 2 on each morning and not yet notice any difference, which I expected, I view these as continous maintenance rather than cures. The price seems OK for a months supply, which covers many essential vitamins & minerals. I'll update this review in a few weeks if there's any noticeable effect.

Strong yeasty, metallic scent, quite large
I'm used to swallowing capsules, but I've never seen any quite like this. They're opaque, red, and considerably larger than the average capsule. This isn't a problem for mebut if you have any trouble swallowing larger pills like cod liver oil etc. you'd struggle with these.I suppose they're large to avoid a 2-capsule dose, which I think I prefer. But these have a very strong scent I can't quite out my finger on. I don't mean that normal smell you expect with any multivitamin. This has a smell not too dissimilar from proving bread dough, which if you're not a baker - is not pleasant. The label is also a little difficult to read. Instead of a table, it is one list of "active ingredients" and another list of "other ingredients". Which for a multivitamin, is quite long. Being a list makes it more difficult to compare to other supplements you may be taking to avoid taking too much of something. These are made in the UK, so I assume they are decent, but obviously it's impossible to tell, and they're just a bit weird and poorly labelled. They arrive sealed and the bottle is decent, but it is only about half full which also seems like a waste of plastic.

Manly Men Vitamins
I started at the gym recently, and although I eat a varied, plant-based diet, I want to be sure I'm getting all the necessary vitamins and minerals. These make sure I hit all my RDIs and I now feel like I could deadlift a house.

2 month supply of vitamins
First thing I noticed when I removed the seal from the tub of vitamins was the smell. I can only liken the smell to a very cheap bag of cheese and onion crisps. But once I got past that, the tablets are red in colour, so it does make it easy to spot when you drop them! The tablets are average size and are easy to swallow with water. You only need to take one tablet per day. The only thing I can't see is how much of your recommended daily allowance each of the vitamins contains.I like the fact that these are made in Great Britain too. Considering there is 2 months supply, they are good value for money.

What's that smell?
The smell is hugely off putting. It fades a bit after opening but it's akin to something I would expect on I'm a Celebrity eating challenge! Also they are HUGE! Being a capsule you cannot break them down or chew them, so be prepared if you ever have issues with swallowing large medications.Nice to have something made in the UK, but the smell and size are really not such a good selling point!

High iron content
The pack contains 2 month’s supply of vitamin tablets specifically aimed at men. My pack has a long shelf life - best before July 2026 and the pot was sealed for freshness. The capsules themselves have a rather unpleasant smell, but my husband didn't seem to notice. He reports that, despite their size, they are easy to swallow and do not leave an aftertaste. As a vegetarian, he generally takes two iron tablets daily as recommended by the doctor to keep his iron levels up. However, these tablets are ideal for him as they contain a high level of ferrous fumerate (38mg), so he will only need to take the recommended dose of one a day. Therefore, I think they are good value for money and I also like the fact that they are made in the UK.

Ok if you are comfortable with swallowing capsules
I've been taking these vitamin supplements for a few days now, and while I don't feel superpowers are developing yet I have no bad effects, and my digestion seems fine. The capsules do contain some minerals in addition to vitamins such as Potassium Zinc, Iron and Magnesium, the full list is on the label. While not as complete as some other brands there seems a good variety of vitamins and minerals and I trust they really have been selected for scientific reasons that they benefit men's health in particular. The main issue, which some people will have, is that these are capsules, not tablets or chewable gums, which are much easier to swallow because you can chew or crunch them into smaller pieces, whereas these capsules have to be swallowed whole with plenty of liquid (and a meal I would suggest). I have attached photos showing the size of the tablets compared to a pound coin to give you a good idea in case this concerns you, If it does not bother you then these should be fine.

Probably good vitamins but they stink!
On opening this tub of vitamins I was shocked at the terrible odour coming out! On paper these seem like quality supplements and I have taken a few of them, with no ill effects. But I have to hold my nose to do it, gawd... they don't taste great either. For the price there are less smelly alternatives.
