Fast delivery! Ordered on Friday received on Monday. I have been using this product for several months and have noticed better overall functioning when I take this supplementation. I only wish the plastic spoon was not in the actual powder but maybe above it in a plastic holding spot that sits inside the jar but above the powder. I don't like digging my hands in the green powder to get the spoon out. Otherwise great product and effective at getting iron into the bloodstream promptly.

Horrible taste but it works...
This product smells like a dog who took a swim in a swamp and tastes like what I imagine that would taste like, too.However, it is increasing my iron levels, which have been confirmed by blood tests. So, I will keep using it for now.
