正直効果は実感できていませんが致命的な問題ないので星5です
SSD用内蔵ケース(https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/B004XE1ZQM)使う際の高さ調整用に購入。使用前と後でほとんど温度変化なく正直効果は実感できていませんが、温度急激上昇でレッドアラートなどの致命的なトラブルは起こっていないので現状問題無し、で星5です。

粘着力は皆無、製品は折れて届いた
粘着力は皆無なのでヒートシンクとの接着というよりは、片方の接触面から圧迫されるような用途でないと使えません。私の場合は製品が３分の１ぐらい折れて届きました。折れた部分は切って使っていますが微妙な気分です。

MB裏面設置のM.2 SSD放熱に使用
MB裏面にM.２スロットがありヒートシンクを使用できないためケースに熱を逃がすために使用。使用後はピークでもSSDの温度が50℃を上回ることがなくなった。（アイドル時は室温+5℃程度）
