This is the best thing for a liver pack. It is large enough for any size abdomen. It's thick enough so that castor oil is absorbed onto fabric and abdomen, won't go on clothing or pajamas. Washable. Comfortable. It is well made and highly effective for what I used it for, a liver pack. I wore this for several nights and totally forgot I had it on.

Works well! Obviously this option isn’t oil/water proof, but it still does very well while avoiding toxic fabrics. And somehow comfortable because it’s so soft! No scent either

Is it effective if it soaks through the other side? Isn’t the point to protect sheets and clothes? It doesn’t do that. I thought there would be an inner lining to keep the exterior from absorbing oil but there clearly isn’t. Bought this to wear to bed and can’t even do that. :/

Great Quality, But Sizing Was Off for MeThe quality of this pack is really nice, and I love that it’s organic and reusable—definitely a more natural option. That said, it was a little pricey for what you get. The strings were way too long, and the pack itself felt a bit too big to fit comfortably. It has a lot of potential, but the fit just didn’t work well for me. Still, a thoughtful product if the size suits you!

I have two of these now because I wanted one for my boyfriend. These are well made and do the job. I soak a washcloth castor oil and place it im the wrap. Works wonderfully.

The product was to large. Otherwise, it works .
