Only half my order arrived . Spoke to the seller today and it appears the delivery agent only part delivered . Rest arriving today. Product is good , sound , solid. After sales service was superb. 👏👏

Fantastic purchase have used twice already and can’t fault it Although assembling took a good hour and only one gripe is the last piece which was the grate for the surplus or cooked food to keep warm had the end part broken but managed to fix temporary although it will need a small spot weld to repair properly

The grill elements are bent and scratched, with paint chipping. The holes were drilled incorrectly. A lot of extra work was required to adjust the hole positions to assemble the grill. There's no thermometer and not enough mounting screws. The chimney sticks out half a centimeter from the grill cover. The included cover is probably from a different grill model because it's too small and really difficult to protect the grill with. For £200, you expect quality, which this grill doesn't offer. I'm completely dissatisfied with my purchase and definitely wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

Great product. Took a while to assemble but it was not difficult. Needed a bit of help at one point in the assembly but apart for that, I did it on my own. Everybody who has seen it likes it. It looks great. I bought a cover for it so it has not been exposed to the elements. It is still holding together after several months of use. Its easy to use and clean. Well designed. Only downside it the bottom tray isa bit wobbly, especially when trying to remove it

One of the side shelves came damaged the lifting mechanism doesn't operate as smoothly as I hoped the lid was off centre the top tray is useless - when you shut the lid the meet falls off good design just poor materials and manafacturing I wouldn't buy again as im guessing ill be buying another bbq in a couple of years.

Very good bbq to buyand good quality one to use.

You will need 2 people to put it together. Only problem i had was working out how to fix the handle that operates the tray that raises the coals,diagram not very clear, finally realised that you need another person to lift the tray while you attach the arm. Overall very pleased with the BBQ very good cover supplied with it .

it says build time 45 min, more like 4.5 hours to do it properly. had to file sharp edges off. the lid is one piece and it was warped out of shape so it would not shut.so i had to get it twisted back i need to put sealing strip around lid, the vent is a waste of time is is so floppy i have had to change the fixings. the ajustable grill is a good idea but to flimsy and not level the ajust handel works ok but lets to much air in needs a gator also the flue is a pathetic fit I have to weld it .almost a good piece of kit,it will be when i have sorted it out
