I wanted to make sure I used this enough to be fair… it starts cold for about a minute, cool for about two minutes, then room temp. This is the worst cold therapy sleeve I’ve ever used. Also, I have 19.5 inch arms and bigger than normal shoulders because I workout often… hence why I need to ice. This thing would barely fit a 12 year old. The size in the picture is 100% false advertising

The material is great and soft and not bulky and forms to shoulder slips on easily BUT unfortunately the cooling/ice which is what it’s designed for Lasts only about 10mins. You almost need to put it directly on skin to help get the most benefit. If it lasted longer this would be perfect. But it doesn’t.

It gets nice and cold, and fits well over the shoulder. I am plus sized, so the strap that goes across the chest is pretty tight under the arm pit. It would be cool if they had one more size up.

Husband uses it all the time both hot and cold. He says it really helps. Soft material. Comfortable to wear.

Stays cold for 5 to 10 minutes. If that is all you need, it's great. No apparent gel pack insert; just a solid piece of thin rubber. Hard to put on if you have any shoulder limitation of movement, as it velcro's at the bottom. Good luck!

I’ve suffered from shoulder impingement for a while now. I didn’t want to stop my physical activity due to it, but every time I worked out I had pain. I tried ice on the shoulder but it would either be uncomfortable or fall off and I had to be laying down while using it and wasting time or skipping ice treatment because I didn’t have time to lay there. I decided after looking around to purchase the Tolaccea shoulder ice pack, and it’s great. You strap it around your body for a secure fit, you can walk around with it while doing other activities. It keeps cold and does it’s job great. You can also heat it up as well. Great product , highly recommend.

The idea of this shoulder support is very good. It's very comfortable.However, I did return it because it was too difficult for me to strap up well with one hand. If someone can help you, this will be great but I felt that simply putting it on put too much strain on my already sore shoulder.I think that the straps should be longer so it will be easier to velcro up without it needing to stretch a lot. This is quite unpractical.I'm not a skinny person (UK size 18) but my chest measurement probably isn't big enough to justify the difficulty. It might be totally fine if you're smaller.

Habe seit längerem Probleme mit der rechten Schulter. Für 50 Sekunden bei 850W in die Mikrowelle gepackt, wärmt wunderbar. Auch von der Passform recht gut.

It's good for a while, but it won't stay on, it's the smaller size, but to big. But I would recommend it.

Bjr pas satisfaite du produit il faut revoir le poids par rapport au scratch qui permet de tenir la bandoulière un trop petit scratch si bien qu au bout d un mois la bandoulière ne tient plus en placeDeuxièmement il faut du froid et ça ne tient pas longtemps et assez en tant que sportive le produit n est pas satisfaisant
