I’m very happy with the quality of this Manual Wire Stripper Machine. It has very good directions included and is very sturdy. I really like the option to mount it for more stability which will allow for faster use. It’s perfect for the crafting I will be using it for.

I got this to make it easier to strip the insulation off wires before I sell them for scrap copper. It works, but it is not a quick way to strip many wires. My biggest problem was that after you adjust it, the thumb nuts back off and loosen back up. The other problem is that the adjusters are floppy and have a lot of slop. In the video, you can shake the knife adjustment 3 to 5 mm. Which means if you are stripping a small wire, you almost need to cut the wire into with the blade to ensure that it stays in contact with the insulation as you use it.
