Sturdy hardware for the person who wants to build it themselves. Great template included. Probably not for your first woodworking project, but if you are handy you can do this. I wanted to build it myself so that I could use real wood and not the particle board junk at the store.

The best murphy bed we bought, instruction super ease to follow, the best part come with all temples to make hole and cut perfect. This now is our murphy bed supplier!!

This hardware kit comes with detailed instructions. NOT for the DIY'er. To put this kit together you need to be an experienced in construction. There were 3 major (measurement)errors in the instructions. It says plywood can be used. DON'T use plywood it bends due to the pressure. USE hardwood only. The templets were off by 1/4inch for the pistons. I wouldn't recommend this kit.
