Delicious and WORKS!!
Best pre-workout for me! Just enough niacin flush, to get ya warmed up, but not make you jittery. It gives a decent amount of energy to power through workouts (I recommend 2 scoops).... seems to be needed right away. All in all, great product. The flavor is so good too! Not your typical fruit punch, but more of natural tasting fruit. Not that Hawaiian punch, fake flavor.

Great pre workout for price!
Great pre workout for the price! It tastes great, and you can definitely feel the stim. I was able to focus more in the gym, and feel less fatigued at the end of my workout. Definitely would recommend.

Effective, at a great price point.
I have tried to quite a few different pre-workouts ranging in cost from affordable ones like these, and the ones that are over $40, and I can't say I really noticed a huge difference between them. I don't take pre-workout every single time I work out, I save it for when I need it, that way it will always be effective. This one contains 320 mg of caffeine, but if you're sensitive the caffeine, you might want to cut the dose in half. It does only require one scoop, and one scoop is good for 6 oz of water. The flavor is decent, I have no complaints with it. It also contains 3.2 g of beta alanine, 3 g of L-citrulline, and 1812 mg of electrolyte matrix. So overall it does work for energy, I also noticed better focus when I'm using it, it tastes decent, and it mixes fine.

Gives you exactly what you need!
Would most deff recommend! Gave me a great boost, also lifted my mood within 10 minutes. Do not dry scoop this (ask me how I know you shouldn’t 😂) I put it in a gatorade & finished it about 25 minutes before my workout and had a great workout. I was able to lift more than normal and last longer on the stair master. It dissolves easy in the gatorade, great taste. I did get a slight jitter feeling but it wasn’t bad at all.

For me, an affordable product that produces serious results.
After prices went up on 2 products I previously used, I decided to try 6 Star pre workout. I like the ingredients and enjoy the taste. It seems to stay mixed a little better than the others I’d used.I’m 70 years old, been lifting for 51 years, regularly. Now I train early morning and again in the afternoon. I’m blown away with the amazing pumps I’ve been getting. I lift what I feel is safe and at least 20 reps per set. More reps on legs. I have for more stamina and can push through each set. 6 Star pre workout is a great product by my experience.

Does the job.
Pretty decent stuff for the price. The flavor is not rocket pop in my opinion, they tried. Its not disgusting but not my favorite. Works well without giving you jitters.

Tastes like blue raspberry svedka
Taste is fine for most people I’m sure, I personally have a hard time drinking it because it tastes too much like the blue raspberry svedka and if you know.. you know 💀 it gets the job done though. I notice I have more energy during my work outs when I drink it vs when I don’t.

Great quality and price!
It had been a long time since I last used a pre-workout, and I was honestly surprised by this one. The quality is excellent for the price. It gave me the energy boost I needed without any crash. I’ll definitely be buying it again!
