Chose to order this refurbish as new mobile as it saved me over one hundred pounds.Included wore and a plug, which if of not gotten a plug either a new one from apple.Everything was as it should be. Works as it should. Etc. definitely value for money. Top quality. And very quick delivery, next day when it did say it would arrive in a few days which was fine for me. Brilliant that it came earlier.

Item as expected. Looks almost like new. Didn’t have any major scratches, only a small barely visible scratch on the upper left corner of screen but was barely visible. Couldn’t see unless was up very close to it. Didn’t notice it upon receiving and opening package though. Everything else was spotless though and battery life was great as I received with 94% battery health. Overall very satisfied with my purchase although was very apprehensive about buying a refurbished phone but, I had nothing to worry about so will definitely think about buying again.

great condition - no visible damage/marksprice was best I could find from anywherebattery was health max of 89% which I thought would be better, but to be fair nowhere in the details did it state it would be, so my expectation to be higher only came from my guess it would be in the 90sI would buy from this seller again if I need a new phone in the future

No issue with the phone - iphones just work. However, when I recently attempted to reset the phone so that I could sell it (no longer needed) imagine my surprise when it turns out the that the phone is being remotely managed by a company that previously owned the phone. There was no sign of this when I originally purchased the phone. This is something that Fonehouse services should have delt with before selling the phone and also has me questioning whether they acquired the phone legitimately. Amazon customer services as helpfull as they could be but no responce from the sellers. Very disappointing to say the least. Hopefully the original owners can unregister the pghone for me. Make sure you check you phones thoroughly when purchased.

Looks like a brand now phone, well wrapped in small box, then bubble wrapped, then bigger box, not single scratch, battery 95 % with screen guard and new charger and cable, really positive experience.

This IPhone 14 renewed phone looks like new and I had no problems transferring all my data from my previous IPhone X.
