Brilliant customer service hence 4* but very disappointed with the doll
Received the doll fast delivery. Was so excited to see the doll as it was a Christmas present for my 10year old daughter as she wanted a 'real life' baby.I will give an honest review as there will be buyers looking for a new doll for their girlies for christmas still. I was very disappointed when it came it was in a cheap box and reminded me of one you got from the market nothing special..I opened the box, it was a lovely doll if you wanted to pay a tenner for one. It had cheap plastic legs, arms and face, the detail e.g painted finger and toe nails were awful, and all her hair was like candy floss! Her body was square and it looked like her legs had just been stuck on the side of her body. She was dressed pretty though! She was definitely not worth £65 don't waste your money guys.The reason why I have given a 4* is because of fast delivery, was excellent communication with the seller, no questions asked when I wanted a refund. The seller sorted everything out and I had a full refund right away.

Beautiful!
Well, I was incredibly worried about this doll arriving in time for Christmas but it's arrived today! Exactly 2 weeks after date of order. I have to say I'm delighted with it. I haven't taken her out of the box but she is absolutely beautiful. I'm very happy with my purchase.

Lifelike with a very pretty face.
Gorgeous, unlike some lifelike dolls this doll has a very pretty face. I know a little girl who will very pleased this Christmas.Great price and lovely quality.

I was nervous about ordering as wasn't sure what it would look like "in the flesh" I need not worry
Ordered this for my daughters birthday, I was shocked when it arrived within 3 days. I was nervous about ordering as wasn't sure what it would look like "in the flesh" I need not worry ... the doll is gorgeous, I highly recommend her! My soon to be 7 year old is going to be delighted :)
