Review: Handy little drive connector to have. - Does the job. Great thing is you can pick up SMART results from attached drives - not all of these connectors do this. So it's a nice bonus. It gives really good fast throughput as well so your drive should be reading/writing at max speed, all other things being equal. Good thing to have as a spare - I have both of the different USB interfaces for this (USB-C and USB-A). They both give very good speeds.

Does the job. Great thing is you can pick up SMART results from attached drives - not all of these connectors do this. So it's a nice bonus. It gives really good fast throughput as well so your drive should be reading/writing at max speed, all other things being equal. Good thing to have as a spare - I have both of the different USB interfaces for this (USB-C and USB-A). They both give very good speeds.

Works very well. Used for testing SSDs and troubleshooting. Amazing plug and play capabilities. The disk info reports properly on windows 10 and 11.
